  • No! diibs was built with the restaurants being top of mind. We don’t want to cut into your bottom line, but rather help you protect it. The users securing the reservations will be paying us a 5% auction fee.

  • This should be set based on the bare minimum you want to make for that seating.

  • During your onboarding process you will be required to set up your banking information within our system. We have partnered with Stripe, so you receive your funds immediately upon the reservation beginning.

  • This is what makes diibs unique compared to other platforms you have previously used. You are able to learn about your customers before they become customers, and once they are customers. With the auction format in place you are able to understand spending habits of your customers, and more importantly the potential customers who don’t win the auction but place bids.

  • As of now we do not integrate with the ROS platforms you are currently using. However, we are in the process of building out a Toast integration that we are excited to launch later this year.

  • diibs allows for you to gain access to new customers that are eager to go to your restaurants and willing to commit to a minimum spend guarantee, but cannot land a reservation traditionally. The beauty of being on diibs is that you are not paying any fees to gain access to these customers, and are protecting your bottom line at the same time.
